I was introduced to Orkut a few years ago by one of my friends.....joined it ...had problems understanding it......after a few days ...Orkut became indispensable.....because the degree of my association with the so called "SOCIETY" increased.
In the mean time, I changed my mobile and Orkutting became much more easier...........again the intensity of my association with society increased.
Now, a few days back, I joined Facebook and found that interesting, by default and the same thing happened.
Now, having said all these and having agreed to the fact that I somehow happen to like Orkut and Facebook, I still hold high the idea of meeting with friends and colleagues and relatives and etc and etc, personally. That way, I believe, the degree of "REAL" association of one person with society becomes truly effective.
